Commercial Lines Processor – Remote

Job Description:

Within this role you will provide support to our commercial lines department. This will include, but not be limited to, working directly with clients and carriers on audit questions, sending out loss control requisitions to clients and carriers, taking claim information and submitting claims to our carriers, assisting with customer billing and processing payments as needed, processing endorsements, phone, and e-mail correspondence to address customer questions & concerns. You will also be supporting Ironside Insurance Group’s goal of providing our clients with appropriate levels of protection through an array of affordable commercial insurance products.

This role is available as a fully remote, work from home position for candidates living in the following states: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut or Rhode Island.

Required Skills:

• At least one year property and casualty insurance agency experience
• Ability to both prioritize as well as review, record and organize data from a variety of sources
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Intermediate claims handling experience
• Commercial lines experience
• P&C licensed
