A short-term acute care facility in a rural setting located 45 minutes north of Anchorage, AK is seeking a full-time, permanent, Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN). Come be a part of a fantastic team in a beautiful surrounding area!
Pay Rate: $40 - $65 Hourly Depending on experience
Sign on:
- $20,000 for 2 year commit
- $30,000 for 3 year commit
Relocation:
- $15,000
- Flights covered by hospital
- Free 30 days of housing provided by hospital!
Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity:
- Schedule: Day or Night Shift opportunities available
- Schedule 3(12s) 7am -7pm or 7pm-7am
- Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
- Assists physicians during examinations and procedures
- Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient acre goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within department of expertise
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience preferred in area of expertise
- Minimum education requirement: Associates degree
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
