- Up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
- Hours: Full Time (36 Hours), Variable Shift
- The Primary Care Nurse is in charge of the resident care for a specific group of residents, to include, supervision of team members including Shahbazim.
- Nursing services delivered by the Shahbazim are supervised by and directly accountable to the director of nursing (DNS) through the licensed nurses in the homes.
- The Primary Care Nurse coordinates referrals to other members of the clinical support team, families and physicians.
- The Primary Care Nurse serves as the point of contact for elder information.
- Required qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Nursing experience
