Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department
• Upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained in to ECF

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year LPN
