Iron Valley Real Estate Hampton Roads - Norfolk Location
Come join the FAST growing Real Estate company, Iron Valley Real Estate Hampton Roads! We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and organized Office Administrator for our NORFOLK location. The role will serve as the heartbeat of the office and will be able to keep the office running smoothly, while enabling the sales agent to perform at the highest levels. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter, with excellent oral and written communication skills. You must be able to work both as a part of a team, as well as independently with little direction. Great time management is a MUST! Real estate industry experience is preferred, but not required.
***We are willing to train the right candidate***
Primarily Monday - Friday (9:00-5:00) with occasional evening/weekend event attendance.
Responsibilities:
Management of all office systems
Liaise with vendors, clients, and colleagues on transactions
Implement Social Media Marketing, Event Planning, and Client/Vendor Events
Answer and direct incoming calls
Maintain conference room, lobby, and general office space
Develop and maintain filing system
Manage office supply inventory
Weekly office meeting with management
Attendance at monthly mandatory administrative training
Enforcing document compliance
On-boarding
Agents Skills
Work experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant - Real Estate industry preferred
Highly skilled in organization and time management
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, CRM systems, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with a variety of personalities
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9a-5p
Ability to commute/relocate: Norfolk, VA
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience: Administrative - 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person.
Estimated Salary: $14-$20 per hour based on qualifications

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
