A P.M. pastry manager will be responsible for following the directions of the Executive Chef, and Pastry Chef, adhering to recipes, walk-through, prep lists and all systems as required by The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group. The job entails working with our p.m. team to ensure the quality and consistency of the products are being followed by staff and communicating to the other departments.
