The opportunity

We’re looking for an Account Director (m/f/d) for one of our largest clients. You should have a love of food and be open-minded about all things related to innovation and technology. You will be a good fit if you thrive in an agile environment and have an obsessive attention to detail. You should be organised as well as being flexible, a natural problem solver, and have the ability to stay cool under pressure. The team is tight knit, supportive, with a brilliant collaborative client team and looking forward to growing further.

How you’d spend your day

• Supporting management in the smooth running of the account, while taking ownership and full responsibility for the team and the client relationship
• Establishing yourself as an integral and reliable part of the team, ensuring that all aspects of the account run smoothly
• Building exceptional and deep relationships with your clients by gaining their trust, managing expectations effectively and by being a reliable problem solver
• Be a trusted partner to our media agency contacts and all internal/external intermediaries
• Be a key point of contact internally - you'll be at the heart of the client
• Take ownership of projects of varying sizes and see them through from start to finish (from receipt of the brief, through the various agency/external processes, to delivery to the various media channels)

What we're looking for

• Solid experience of integrated advertising campaign delivery across print, digital, social and TVC
• An individual who's energetic, dynamic and above all driven to deliver for the forward. You will be part of a passionate team who care about producing great work.
• You're a self-starter, able to work proactively and independently, doing whatever it takes to do the best job possible.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are cool under pressure.
• You're ambitious. We're looking for a candidate who wants to develop their career and sees the opportunity this role presents
• You're a collaborator who can build relationships across the agency and client team to provide the necessary direction, support, knowledge and expertise
• You're commercially astute and can get to grips with the detail of numbers, forecasting, reconciliations and billing
• You speak and write both English and German fluently
