Job Location: Baker Refrigeration - Russellville, AR
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/year
Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
Job Shift: Day

Description

Reporting to the President, the Industrial Project Manager is responsible for independently overseeing all day-to-day operations. Is customer centric and proactively drives company growth by securing new relationships and projects on a repeated basis. Effectively estimates projects from blueprints (mechanical, plumbing, P&ID’s drawings) and from field take-off. Demonstrates leadership by motivating and aligning all employees with Core Insulation standards.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion
  • Meet quoted job budgets through effective monitoring of labor and costs associated with the project.
  • Allocate and track daily labor requirements with field staff and customers
  • Monitor inventory and manage daily charge outs from inventory and receipt of inventory through communication with head office
  • Demonstrate human resource management through effective supervision, retention, and recruitment of employees, including superintendents.
  • Manage and promote a culture of safety in accordance with established company safety policies and procedures
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Three to five years of ammonia refrigeration estimating, and project management experience, preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record
  • Experience using on-screen takeoff (VTO – Visual Takeoff)
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office) as well as company accounting software and basic web functions
  • Knowledge of MIKE (Comput-Ability) takeoff software, helpful
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid certifications, preferred.
