Commercial Project Manager Job Description

HD Roofing and Construction is looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. We are a roofing contractor specializing in residential and commercial roofing located in Conway, AR and servicing all of Central Arkansas. The responsibility of the Commercial Project Manager is to effectively coordinate administrative efforts with in-field production efforts. As an experienced professional with a background in management and roofing you will be responsible for all phases of a project from initial planning through completion. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and gain meaningful experience in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma/college preferred
• 3 years of experience in the roofing industry is required
• Knowledge of roofing cost estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and field supervision
• Must be dependable and work well both independently and with others
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization skills
• Perform takeoffs; Knowledge of takeoff software program required
• Project Management
• Problem solving
• Able to physically access roofs, comfortable with heights, and ability to lift at least 80 lbs.
• Bi-lingual is preferred but not required

Benefits:

Salary- Starting at $60,000, negotiable based on experience. Potential for yearly performance bonus.
