IQPC has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Representative as we expand our team. If you are a detail oriented problem solver who loves to interact with customers this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and send outgoing mail with Customers, etc

• Produce monthly/weekly/daily reports in a timely manner

• Create and submit reports for Accounting as needed, including: Daily and Weekly Count reporting (Customer payments past due, etc)

• Resolve & follow up on all customer inquiries

• Process/Manage sales registrations entered into Sky CRM - contact management system (assuring correct discounts and data)

• Process credit card payments in the CRM system

• Generate Invoices and Receipts and send via email

• Apply payments (check and wires) in CRM system

• Maintain exchange (event) information in our CRM system

• Respond to customer concerns and advising them of cancellation policies

• Perform Accounts Receivable duties and make collection calls for any outstanding payments as well as email correspondence when needed.

• Support operations and accounting in event functions

• Assist our sales team in customer service functions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Bachelor's Degree

• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
