Project Manager – Duties/responsibilities will include: Support preconstruction services through design and GMP. Manage construction projects to ensure that work is performed according to plan and specification requirements. Responsible for all material procurement, schedule, change orders, RFIs, pay applications, manage subcontractors and daily coordination with Project Superintendent. Manage and track job costs and prepare monthly reports for CFO review.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience with North Carolina Design, Engineering and Subcontracting Trades.
Minimum of three years as Project Manager in North Carolina.
Preferred: Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience with Projects utilizing CM at Risk and Design-Build.
Experience with ProCore preferred
