Invoke Staffing is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Raleigh, NC

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience running projects from $30-100M ? Are you looking for a firm that is locally owned to the Triangle but also still builds large, challenging projects? Our client focuses on K-12, correctional and life sciences projects in Eastern North Carolina and is looking to grow their Project Management team with talented PM's like you!

Project Manager – Duties/responsibilities will include: Support preconstruction services through design and GMP. Manage construction projects to ensure that work is performed according to plan and specification requirements. Responsible for all material procurement, schedule, change orders, RFIs, pay applications, manage subcontractors and daily coordination with Project Superintendent. Manage and track job costs and prepare monthly reports for CFO review.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Experience with North Carolina Design, Engineering and Subcontracting Trades.

Minimum of three years as Project Manager in North Carolina.

Preferred: Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.

Experience with Projects utilizing CM at Risk and Design-Build.

Experience with ProCore preferred
