The Role:

At IDX, you’re more than just a Graphic Designer, you'll be a strategic visual partner, crafting impactful designs that propel our brand and marketing initiatives. Develop innovative solutions for all internal projects, ensuring brand alignment and amplifying campaign effectiveness. 

Responsibilities: 

• Visual Architect: Craft high-impact digital graphics for websites, social media, landing pages, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. 
• Brand Champion: Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative solutions that resonate with IDX's brand identity and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms. 
• Digital Asset Guardian: Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, readily accessible, and properly archived. 
• Feedback Navigator: Embrace revisions and adapt designs with agility and a commitment to continuous improvement. 
• Trend-Forward Thinker: Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the marketing team. 
• Team Diplomat: Support the visual design needs of other departments, fostering a cohesive brand experience internally and externally. 
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines. 

Skills: 

• Adobe Creative Suite Expert: Master the power of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software. 
• Creative Visionary: Develop innovative and impactful design solutions that resonate with target audiences and align with brand objectives. 
• Precision Craftsmanship: Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy and information integrity in all design elements. 
• Compelling Communication: Articulate design concepts and rationales clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
