Part of the Product Marketing team for Mailchimp, the Sales Enablement Team is seeking a seasoned individual contributor with strong strategic skills, seamless cross-functional partnerships and executive-level influence, inspiring data-driven customer (seller) empathy and a bent for speed in action and results.
As the Mailchimp Principal Marketing Manager for Sales Enablement, you will partner cross-functionally, in particular with Sales leaders to develop impactful sales enablement programs in service of Sales-assisted revenue performance and drive business growth.
We’re looking for a forward thinking self-starter who has experience translating customer and seller insights into strong marketing plans, with a reputation as a multiplying leader. You’ll be challenged to think boldly, move fast, and have a big impact on our customers’ lives, their livelihoods, and the Mailchimp brand trajectory.
