Position: Sales and Marketing Representative

We are passionate about delivering exceptional coffee while celebrating the culture and community that makes our brand unique. We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team and share our passion with the Metro Atlanta community. Position will start at part time with the opportunity to transition into full time with demonstrated performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent Dope Coffee Company at various Metro Atlanta farmers markets, engaging with customers and sharing our story.
• Conduct tastings and product demonstrations at Atlanta grocery stores, creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Represent our brand at hip-hop and sports cultural events, connecting our coffee with the energy and excitement of these communities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Must drivers license and personal transportation that is reliable.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, including origins and roasts, is essential.
• Previous experience as a barista or a consumer packaged goods representative is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging and connecting with diverse audiences.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a genuine passion for coffee, culture, and community.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and some evenings for events and demonstrations.

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $15 per hour.
• Opportunity to earn up to $25 per hour with commission and bonuses.
