Intrinzik Health Care Services is Hiring an Office Manager Near Louisville, KY

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients
- Assist in the preparation of reports and events
- Handle payroll processing and maintain participant and employee records
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Support the training and development of new employees
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain digital charts

Experience:
- Proven experience with the SCL Medicaid Waiver, working with adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with training development processes is a plus
- Previous experience in medical office management is preferred
