Intown Stars offers healthy, positive programing for all ages in Atlanta's first and only intown indoor multi-sport facility. Intown Stars has grown exponentially over the last ten years being named one of the country's 500 fastest growing companies. In 2022 Intown moved into and renovated a 75,000 sq. ft. building on Dekalb Industrial Way in Decatur. The move and $4million renovation allows for rapid expansion and unlimited opportunities for career growth. Intown Stars has scaled significantly since inception and is operating at a trajectory that is expected to continue, if not elevate, over the next several years.

Intown Stars launches its new Ninja program in August of 2023, with a 10,000square foot obstacle course. The Ninja Program Coordinator is a leadership position requiring problem-solving ability, independence, maturity, and accountability. Intown Stars holds our employees to a high standard of excellence, and intentionally seeks out those with natural leadership strengths and a passion for growing and expanding business. 

Program Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain all curriculum and schedules specific to Ninja
• To be timely with all communications and other administrative duties
• To supervise staff in a manner that puts the success of the program at the forefront
• To manage up by viewing leadership as partners and actively engaging with coworkers to improve the program

Ideal Candidate:

• The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience coaching Ninja 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is imperative.
• Must be able to use good judgment and work independently within a dynamic, team-based environment with solid time-management and organization skills.
• Energetic self-starter with a desire to grow their career and gain strong leadership skills
