Intown Stars offers healthy, positive programming for all ages in Atlanta's first and only 75,000 sq. ft. multi-sport facility. As one of the country's 500 fastest growing companies per Inc. Magazine, Intown Stars has scaled significantly since inception and is operating at a trajectory that is expected to continue over the next several years. 

Intown’s Men's Program has grown to have over 100 boys in our rec program and 20 boys on team ranging from level 3-10. We are looking for a new key team member who can allow us to continue to grow! We are looking for a coach who is able to lead rec classes and compulsory level boys plus able/willing to learn how to coach higher levels as well.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation will depend on experience and with what program you work. Intown provides a total compensation package including a competitive hourly/salary rate, benefits and other perks that are listed below. Competitive team instructors have the option of working salaried or hourly if they coach 20 hours or more. 

• Hourly: $16-$28 / hour
• Additional compensation when coaching at competitions.
  Paid training camps and USA Gymnastics Congress
  All memberships covered

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recreational: Past experience as a gymnast or instructor specifically with boys gymnastics
• Enthusiastic, positive and willing to learn
• Team/Competitive: Coaches must have flexible schedules and ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable and accountable
• Strong ability to effectively communicate with management, program participants, parents, members and community partners
• Able to support gymnasts and programs for long term growth and proper lesson planning
• Team player, able to offer and accept feedback.
• Must be available weekday afternoons and evenings as well as weekends
