Instructional Designer
As a member of the Global Education and Member Services department, the Instructional Designer member is responsible for organizing information and creating learning materials that transform complex and unorganized information into professionally written, clear, interactive, and effective multimedia instructional material or courseware. This role supports the execution of IAAPA’s e-learning strategy of delivering IAAPA educational content using technology. This position is responsible for working with volunteers, internal, and external stakeholders to develop content that meets and exceeds member expectations.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints. Customer Service:
Ability to correspond timely and accurately with internal and external individuals of all levels in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner pertaining to all types of communication, including e-mails, telephone, reports, letters, etc.
