MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design/adult education or equivalent.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (potentially up to a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance) (U.S Citizenship required).
- Five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience in FEA, instructional design, content development, and training delivery.
- Must be knowledgeable of the courseware development process including job/task analysis, course design, storyboarding, testing, implementation, and validation.
- Recent experience with AIM CPM/LOM is a must.
- Familiar with implementing SCORM® into IMI courseware.
- Experience with a variety of authoring tools.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience with military training is preferred, Navy experience is a plus.
- Strong quality assurance/editing skills.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 25%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy.
Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
