Accounting Clerk

Intertek is searching for an Accounting Clerk to join our Food Servicesteam in our Champaign, IL. office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Accounting

What will you be doing?

This position is responsible for assistance with a variety of financial related tasks.

• Process purchase orders, invoices, credits and accounts receivable
• Respond to client inquiries regarding fees and invoices
• Coordinate fee processing and general fee processing
• Perform other work as required

What qualifications do you need? 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a directly related area is preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and have good time management and prioritization skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel 5%
