TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Bridgewater, NJ for a French speaking Customer Support Specialist. This role will be supporting customer service and sales to maintain a high quality customer experience. Candidates who are bilingual in French with experience in customer service, administration and office skills are encouraged to apply.

Description:

• Answer customer inquires regarding products and provide updates on purchase orders
• Deliver a high quality customer experience
• Engage in building customer relationships for long standing business
• Provide support for sales opportunities, quotes and inventory management
• Update shipment information, delays and tracking
• Communicate with internal colleagues for supply chain procedures

Qualifications:

• Customer Support and inside sales experience
• ERP experience highly preferred
• Order processing
• Strong Communication skills
• Bilingual in French

- Schedule: Monday-Friday

- Shift: 8am-5pm

- Contract-to-hire

- Fully on-site
