Description

• Oversee and report on the full-cycle onboarding of new customers, including contract processing and retention transition. 
• Build/maintain strong relationships with internal departments to problem-solve customer issues and expedite resolutions. 
• Research and provide resolutions to all billing questions (cancels, credits, collections, and monthly expiration handling). 
• Reconcile and oversee lead distribution, including inbound leads, referrals and cross-sells.  
• Assist sales managers and reps with the generation of relevant prospective client lists. 
• Support in the commission processing, including billing breakdown and oversight of related documents.  
• Run and maintain reports needed to efficiently and effectively execute account business reviews and early account renewals. 
• Perform other responsibilities or duties, including expense reports, as assigned. 

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; BS degree preferred, sales environment experience a plus. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Good interpersonal and time management skills. 
• Strong analytical and reporting skills. 
• Attention to detail; ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. 
• Excellent PC and software skills including Excel. 
• Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and Google Workspace experience helpful. 
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, leadership, and delivery of results (proactive rather than reactive).
