Job Summary:
The RN Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing nursing care on a designated unit or shift. In addition to providing direct patient care, the Charge Nurse is responsible for supervising nursing staff, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This leadership position requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
