Within our portfolio of companies, International SOS Government Medical Services (GMS), headquartered in Houston, Texas provides contracted healthcare support to Government defense and civil agencies and government contractors, including support to military exercises and operations, diplomatic missions, natural disasters, and refugee care.
This position is contingent on award of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, manipulation, and analysis
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with basic math calculations
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and databases
- Experience with order entry is a plus
