International SOS Government Medical Services Inc is Hiring a Clinic Manager Near Greensboro, NC

With 12,000 staff (including 5,200 medical and behavioral health providers) our services include the design, deployment, and operation of healthcare solutions including freestanding surgical facilities in remote and austere environments, telemedicine consultation through a wide range of virtual modalities, referrals to a global network of more than 100,000 vetted providers, and global aeromedical evacuation. Within our portfolio of companies, International SOS Government Medical Services (GMS), headquartered in Houston, Texas provides contracted healthcare support to Government defense and civil agencies and government contractors, including support to military exercises and operations, diplomatic missions, natural disasters, and refugee care.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic healthcare professional to lead a team and contribute to the success of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including medical assistants, administrative staff, and support personnel. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure staff performance meets expectations.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to maximize productivity and ensure smooth clinic operations. Monitor workflow metrics and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards of patient care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to clinic policies and procedures. Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including billing, coding, and revenue cycle management. Monitor clinic budget and expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize inventory management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensing requirements. Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies. Train staff on system use and ensure proper documentation and data management practices.
  • Patient Education and Outreach: Develop and implement patient education programs and community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness. Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to identify and address healthcare needs in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in healthcare administration or clinic management, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of clinic operations, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
