The Front Line Leader for is responsible for the supervision of one assigned shift of hourly employees in safety, quality, productivity and engagement to ensure goals are met. Also accountable for safety training; accident investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and coaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to address problems. 
 
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have at least five (5) years supervisory or team leadership experience. Corrugated business industry experience is preferred. Manufacturing experience required. Flexible to work off shifts.

Track continuous improvement of under performing machine centers weekly and provide action plans for gap closure.

Identify repairs needed at machine centers and create work requests for completion; follow-up as required.
