Imagine playing a key role in helping newly-arrived refugees to successfully achieve self-sufficiency. The Refugee Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring administrative functions related to program referrals. Such as maintaining accurate client records and creating reports in accordance with funding and agency guidelines. This position is responsible for scheduling and completing program enrollment for eligible adults seeking employment assistance and/or case management support, and tracking activity participation on a weekly and monthly basis. Additionally, the position provides information, assistance, and referrals to refugee clients beginning their employment search as they begin to rebuild their lives.
