At Holiday Vacations, our goal is to enrich lives with valued travel experiences. We offer inclusive guided tours led by a professional Tour Director to more than 65 destinations on six continents. We travel by motor coach, trains, and cruises on itineraries that bring the destination alive for our guests. We are headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and are a subsidiary of Xanterra Travel Collection, the largest national park concessionaire in the U.S. Xanterra also operates an upscale biking and walking tour company, a luxury small ship cruise line, and an iconic American railway, just to name a few.

Holiday Vacations is currently seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting our guests in comfortable vehicles, including Subaru Outback, Toyota Highlander, and an eleven-seat Mercedes Sprinter. No special license or driving certification is required, but a clean driving record is a must.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from various locations throughout central and west Wisconsin, with many including dropping or picking up at the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport.
• Professionally operate a range of vehicles, including Subaru Outback, Toyota Highlander, and an eleven-seat Mercedes Sprinter.
• Provide world-class customer service, embodying our commitment to excellence.
• Load and unload guest luggage from the vehicle
• Fuel and clean the vehicle following use

Qualifications

• Clean driving record.
• Ability to handle luggage up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to great safety and customer service.
• Ability to use a cell phone for calls, text, mapping and internet for airline schedules
• Flexibility to work during the busiest months (July through November) with 0-10 transfers per week, and the rest of the year with 0-4 transfers per week. Schedules are inconsistent in volume, but typically arranged multiple weeks in advance.
• Hours can vary between day and night. Occasional overnight trips could be required. Work days could include any time, and any day.
• Reside in or near Eau Claire, Wisconsin
