- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food and beverage items are stocked and displayed attractively
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, cleaning utensils, and restocking supplies as needed
- Monitor food levels throughout the breakfast service and replenish as necessary
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests

Skills
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Flexibility to work in various areas of the breakfast service, including bussing tables, serving food, or assisting in the kitchen as needed
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is beneficial but not required

Job Type: Part-time
