Job Summary: Preference will be given to candidates with prior hotel housekeeping manager experience

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services, housekeeping management, floor care, and industrial cleaning within the hospitality or hotel industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a staff of 5 or more

-Interview, hire and train all new staff

- Scheduling of staff
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas following hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and polish surfaces
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards

Experience:
- Proven experience in housekeeping within a hotel or similar environment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in industrial cleaning
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
