Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating cash registers and handling cash tips
- Assist with bar inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and sanitation procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues or complaints
Skills:
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
