A well-established construction & power systems equipment dealer is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to build strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate is a sales expert with exceptional customer service abilities . Through effective communication, the new manager will achieve revenue and profitability goals through strategic business development while maintaining strong client relationships and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company as industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our customers.
- Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of product line, including features and benefits.
- Meet and exceed strategic sales goals.
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships.
- Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers.
- Develop equipment quotes, financing quotes, and other sales proposals as needed.
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Demonstrated ability to strategically attack a defined sales territory
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Knowledge of heavy equipment strongly preferred
- Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers strongly preferred
