Requirements:
· Work with the HR Department Head and Management team to develop and refine job descriptions for new positions and ensure new positions fit within Intermex’s organizational structure.
· Working together with HR Department Head to ensure that Intermex complies with laws related to the recruitment process.
· Facilitate and customize interviewing process for each opening.
· Manage full cycle recruitment process and interviewing of all candidates
· Contribute to the strategic goals and vision of the organization by developing and monitoring relevant human resources team metrics.
· As needed, serve as a resource to management in helping them prepare for and manage growing workforces.
· Maintain a continuous recruiting model in order to always find the best talent for the company
· In conjunction with each Director, develop and implement a staffing plan with forecast for each department.
· Develop a company recruiting brand; modelled after company branding success in marketing and sales departments.
· Develop and maintain an online recruiting presence using a diverse mix of recruiting tools and websites.
· Develop and maintain an applicant tracking system to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates to fuel company growth.
· Work with Department Heads and hiring manager to draft job offers as appropriate.
· Manage new employee orientation and training agenda.
· Conduct all required new hire processing and orientation
· Establish and maintain an active new employee onboarding system
· Check-in with the new-hire throughout their first week of employment and then throughout their first month to ensure that the new-hire understands Intermex’s policies and procedures and that everything is going smoothly.
· Ensure that each department is ready for the new-hire.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· 5 plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to Corporate staff, with some exposure in National Recruitment.
· 2 year degree from a recognized college or university, 4 year degree preferred
· Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
· Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
· Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
· Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards.
· Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
· Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
· Strong command of Employment Law, diversity, specifically in areas of recruitment.
