ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Answer incoming telephone calls to the pod as back up to the CA pod point
• Follow up on referral requests to obtain outside records as needed
• Maintain up to date pod paperwork (patient education, ABNs, etc.)
• Create Mohs patient charts in eCW
• Updating Mohs surgical history and scanning of Mohs surgeries
• Assist with manual faxing and scanning of urgent paperwork as needed
• Troubleshooting of telehealth visits with physicians and patients
• Assist CA team with biopsy portal patient information
• Resource to the clinical staff and providers with administrative needs
• Monitoring of administrative supplies in the pod
• Troubleshooting of telehealth visits with physicians and patients
• Initiate call to pharmacy to confirm if PAs are needed for biologics, dermatologic medications, PDT and lightbox
• Assist in rescheduling patients for providers out of the office (vacation, sick days, CME, etc.)
• Assist in scheduling patients for all routine appointments and follow up appointments as needed
