They are actively seeking a talented Associate with 4 years experience to join their growing practice based in their Dallas office.

Duties:

• In the role of Litigation Associate, you'll take on a diverse array of responsibilities, some of these include managing a caseload and conducting in-depth legal analysis to develop effective strategies.
• You will be expected to maintain regular communication with clients by assisting in the discovery process and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Some more duties would consist of preparing for trials, engaging in settlement negotiations and drafting various legal documents. This would be by collaborating closely with team members and pursuing ongoing professional development.
