InterServ's - The Hive is looking for a motivated barista to work mornings with our Cafe Manager to provide excellent service and care to our customers. Hours will be approximately 6am-11am, 2-3 days a week.

Job Summary

Works to establish and maintain café standards of The Hive at InterServ. Promotes the organization’s mission, vision, and values though great customer service.

Works under the supervision of the Café Manager

Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities

1. Ensure quality standards are met for both café items and customer service.

2. Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest. Develop relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.

3. Stock and organize café inventory.

4. Ensure the café is clean and well maintained at all times.

5. Assures adherence to state and local health department rules and regulations.

6. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards), account balancing, cost control, and interpretation of financial statements.

7. Open and close the café for hours of operation, including set up, cleaning, prep work.
