FLOR Brand ManagerPosition Summary:
The role of FLOR Brand Manager is pivotal to the brand's leadership team, with the primary responsibility of developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across all channels, encompassing residential and commercial sectors. Leading cross-functional teams, this position drives the global product strategy, overseeing product positioning, new product development, and launch initiatives for five seasonal releases annually. Additionally, the FLOR Brand Manager oversees the creation and deployment of print assets, spearheading catalog development across multiple channels, from inception to distribution, ensuring effective product selection, placement, design, and circulation while aligning cross-functionally on digital implementations. Proficiency in financial forecasting and budget management is imperative. The FLOR Brand Manager reports directly to the Director of Brand Management.
