JOB TITLE: Tier II Customer Service Representative

Positions Supervised: None Amount of Travel Required: 5%
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm; on call weekday evenings and weekends.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking to add talented staff to our Tech Support department. We are a family-owned business with a passion for providing industry-leading service to our customers around the world. In this role, you will provide support to our domestic and international customers and work on escalated tickets from our Tier 1 team via phone, remote control programs and remote monitoring tools. You'll be expected to work on several cases a day and ensure minimal downtime for our customers. This is an in-office position, working Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
