Role: MDM Lead Developer

Location: Onsite in NY

Duration: Long term

Must have 15 years of experience

Qualifications & Experience
 Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols,
patterns, and technologies. Must have hands-on operational experience working with data stewards and
product owner.
 Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve
business process and decision-making.
 Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organization implement MDM Solutions.
 Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment
management.
 Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
 Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance
principles is a big plus.
 Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical
decisions and work collaboratively with product owner.
 Looking for top-notch lead engineering talent who will be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
that demands quick turnaround for mission critical technical solutions, have extremely high standards with a
low tolerance for low quality output.
 10 years relevant experience.
 Able to expertly express the benefits and constraints of technology solutions to technology partners,
business partners, and team members

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
