Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to work with engineering, data science and design teams to deliver products to support our rapidly growing business. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product enhancements and extensions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Product ownership on an agile team
  • Ensures the use of product data to measure performance and improve the product with every iteration 
  • Partners with product marketing on go to market planning
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, design, product marketing, and other internal groups 
  • Performs market and user research to further support rationale for product development 
  • Drive configuration changes to the overall platform 
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in one of the following fields: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, UX/UI, Data Science/Analytics, Economics or equivalent experience 
  • Experience: Minimum 2 year of product management experience 
  • Demonstrated understanding of software development and/or product management
  • Collaborative multitasker excelling in managing multiple independent projects concurrently 
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate concepts and processes in a concise and instructive manner in several mediums 
  • Demonstrated capabilities in working with end users and internal stakeholders 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders' input 
Physical Demands
  • Office Based Positions:  
  • constantly reach to use computers, monitors, and other office equipment 
  • constantly need to view objects at close and distant ranges 
  • constantly communicate with others verbally and in writing 
  • frequently required to sit or stand
  • This position functions in an office and technical environment and requires fine manipulation and simple grasping to utilize the computer and other standard office equipment. 
  • Required occasional lifting and transporting of items weighing up to 25 lbs. 
  • This position may require occasional travel.
