Electrical Instructor

We are currently seeking a Full-time Electrical Instructor for our Colorado Springs, CO Campus.
Prior teaching experience a bonus but not a requirement.

Job Summary:
The Instructor is responsible for delivering established curriculum to students in a professional and proficient manner. This position also assigns and grades assignments, inputs attendance records, and ensures an effective learning environment through classroom management.
Essential Duties:
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
The position requires light work, occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds while frequently lifting up to 10 pounds. Instruction requires standing for long periods of time (up to 5 hours at a time), expressing complex topics through speech, sufficient vision to write notes for instruction, and hearing to interact with students. This position also requires the physical ability to demonstrate various massage therapy techniques. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
Working Hours
Full-Time: Monday through Thursday (9am to 2pm or 5pm to 10pm)
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Completion of a Certificate program or Associates degree in Electrical or related field
Experience: 3 years (minimum 4,000 hours) of experience in Electrical or a related field
License(s)/Certification(s): State Electrician License and Certification
