Summary:
The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities: What you'll be doing:
- This person will drive initiatives that define the next gen. engaging and high converting experiences for Spanish Ecommerce website.
- Improve customer experience for Acquisition and Retention experiences for the Spanish website.
- Improve and diversify the Recommendation Platform and responsible to drive growth Define measures of success and KPIs for product/feature launches
- Work with our Data Science team to build a long term roadmap and champion our customers’ needs at all times
- Create and evangelize the Recommendations Platform vision and roadmap and coordinate with cross-domain partners to execute. T
- Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research and consumer insights into high impact platform functionality.
- Collaborate with data scientists to define functional and system requirements for integration of Client/AI models into the Recommendation Engine
- Build and manage project plan detailing activities, milestones, and owners
- Provide platform performance analysis, A/B testing plans and identify opportunity areas
- Develop compelling presentations and prototypes to communicate your product story
- Lead competitive analysis, discovery, project planning/timelines, vendor analysis, UX requirements. Translate business requirements into technical requirements and partner with engineering Proactively seek solutions for problems to mitigate risks and challenges
- Be data centric to make informed product direction, whether in the form of competitive Client, customer behavior or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback
- Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning (roadmap) and design of entirely new products and features to deliver against team and company goals. Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals
- Work with development and quality assurance engineers to build and ship the features. Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Has strong technical skills and is proficient in Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent.
