The US product team is focused on understanding TikTok's users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must solve, and delivering innovative user-centric solutions. We seek to continuously raise the bar on how we build and enhance products to drive new and existing user growth, engagement and retention.
We're looking for an experienced product manager to work with our data science, engineering, creator, and product operations teams to build a robust set of products, tools, and resources to support the growth of the global community of TikTok creators.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the product strategy and execution for features and programs designed to empower and support our creators at each step of the creator life cycle
  • Collaborate with the monetization team, operations, finance, and data teams to identify opportunities and risks, as well as solutions for both
  • Develop and thoroughly present product launch strategy and go-forward recommendations
  • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
  • Educate and influence both leaders and a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in on product strategy and roadmap
  • Spark innovation within the teams responsible for creator success on the platform
  • Drive product delivery in line with predefined targets/ KPIs
Qualifications
  • 3 years of product management experience building analytics features or managing analytics programs at a consumer-focused technology company
  • 3 years of product management experience building analytics features or managing analytics programs at a consumer-focused technology company
  • Experience optimizing and managing large scale features, products, or programs that have a direct impact on users' experience
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
  • Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis, communicating results and insights to cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrate empathy for our creators and their fans, expertly balancing the needs of both to create delightful product experiences
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualification:
  • Knowledge of user-generated content platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Experience with consumer products or features with user transactions is a plus
