POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Intelligence Federal seeks a Senior Paralegal to support a Federal Government Agency. Our ideal candidate is well versed in paralegal methods and procedures, team-focused, knowledgeable about the legal landscape, and attentive to our client's needs.

JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Support Agency attorneys with research and document production
• Draft documents, both original and from templates
• Analyze legal data and memorandums
• Conduct research for the preparation of legal opinions.
• Perform legal support functions that require discretion and independent judgment regarding laws, precedents, regulations, agency policies, and judicial and administrative proceedings.
• Note and correct case file deficiencies (e.g., missing documents and inconsistent material).

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

• Must be able to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS & SELECTION CRITERIA

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a paralegal.
• Knowledge of Paralegal methods, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in litigation discovery software including Westlaw and LEXIS
• Must be able to use Adobe and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well within groups handling large volume of work.
• Ability to work independently.
