Intellect Solutions is Hiring a ServiceNow Developer Near Washington, DC
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
- ServiceNow Developer: HR-Service Delivery Module
- Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards, and homepages
- Ability to create applications and workflows in ServiceNow
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer or Certified Application Specialist
- Minimum 10 years of total IT/cybersecurity experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting any errors found in the ServiceNow configuration
- Consume functional requirements and provide high level estimates for configuration/customization
- Support the testing of ServiceNow development
- Configure ServiceNow Solutions
- Integrate the Solution with client HR Systems
- Configure ServiceNow Solutions for a federal client
- Design and develop moderately complex scripts, workflows and integrations to create custom applications in ServiceNow
- Engage with customers to understand and document requirements
- Participate and contribute to design and code reviews
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess excellent oral/written communication skills and a proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and be able to document requirements and solution modifications
- Experience building ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Certification in ServiceNow Administration, Implementation, or Application Creation
- Experience with a Content Management System is a plus
- Minimum 6 years application programming
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $1,400,000.00 per year
