Day to day as a Senior ServiceNow Software Developer
As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the DCSA Industrial Security technology modernization by delivering data analytic services within a ServiceNow environment. Your main responsibility will be to integrate data from specific commercial and government sources, enhancing and extracting vital insights that will enable users to view and manipulate data seamlessly. But that's not all!
You'll have the chance to shine as the lead ServiceNow application developer, implementing industry best practices and translating requirements into fully functional features. Your expertise in JavaScript coding will be put to use as you develop solutions, troubleshoot software problems, and perform root cause analysis. We follow agile methodologies, which means you'll be working closely with our team lead and other developers in discovery sessions, process definitions, and developing/documenting process workflows. Your contributions will help drive the success of our customer engagements. To be successful as a Senior ServiceNow Software Developer at RBR Technologies, you'll need a strong set of skills and experience in the ServiceNow platform and related technologies. Here are the qualifications we're looking for:

• An Active Top Secret Security Clearance
• A Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of work experience or equivalent education and years of experience
• At least 5 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform, including scoped application development in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• 3 years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow process workflows.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing all aspects of ServiceNow, such as UI Actions, UI Policy, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Roles/Groups.
• Experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps, and XMLs.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.

Preferred qualifications include experience with ServiceNow Data Import, agile development, JavaScript, system integration (SOAP, REST, Stored Procedures, Queues, etc.), HTML for UI Pages and Content Pages, Security certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of contract, experience with process flow documentation creation, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
