- Participate in the full SDLC Requirements Gathering, Analysis, design, coding, testing, training, and operational support using agile methodologies
- Work with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements within ServiceNow and propose resolution and design suggestions
- Designing solutions to enhance IT service requests in the Service Request Management module by developing JavaScript programs and workflows
- Bachelor's with 10 years (or commensurate experience)
- 10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience implementing and supporting foundational, ITSM and ITOM Process groups.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing of ServiceNow Platform
- Experience working with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements and configuration settings within ServiceNow
- Experience working with process owners to schedule jobs, events, and triggers to manage business needs and handle background work
- Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying configured IT, Customer and
- Employee workflows to automate business processes.
- Good working knowledge of Java Scripting and web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and jQuery)
- Proficient in SOA and Web Services, including REST & SOAP concepts
