Dragonfly Shipping is seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative for an exciting new opportunity in our Brisbane Team!
About the role:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the customer’s experience exceeds their expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a superior customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints & instructions;
- Contact customers by phone and / or email;
- Collaborate with delivery partners and operation supervisors;
- Data entry as needed;
- Escalate special cases to supervisors;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety regulations;
- Prepare daily reports.
About you:
As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Have at least3 yearsof experience in a customer service position;
- Have customer service experience in high volume environment within the logistics/transport industry (preferred);
- Love to have a meaningful impact;
- Looking for growth opportunities;
- Exceptional customer services skills;
- Be dynamic and customer focused;
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
- Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and other software;
- Ability to quickly problem solve to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
