Intelcom is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Brisbane, CA

Dragonfly Shipping is seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative for an exciting new opportunity in our Brisbane Team!

About the role:

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the customer’s experience exceeds their expectations. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a superior customer experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints & instructions;
  • Contact customers by phone and / or email;
  • Collaborate with delivery partners and operation supervisors; 
  • Data entry as needed; 
  • Escalate special cases to supervisors; 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety regulations;
  • Prepare daily reports.

 

About you:

As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Have at least3 yearsof experience in a customer service position; 
  • Have customer service experience in high volume environment within the logistics/transport industry (preferred);
  • Love to have a meaningful impact;
  • Looking for growth opportunities;
  • Exceptional customer services skills;
  • Be dynamic and customer focused; 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; 
  • Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and other software;
  • Ability to quickly problem solve to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
