The mission of the Customer Fulfillment Planning and Logistics Group is to optimize and deliver supply at scale that enables customer and Intel growth. We are looking for a motivated, committed Administrative Partner for the Strategic Capability Enablement SCE Group. You will be an integral part of an incredibly talented and fun team known for driving significant value for Intel.
The SCE Admin responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manages multiple calendars using sound judgement and business knowledge. Able to recognize conflicts and address in a timely manner, while prioritizing critical meetings.
Actively collaborates with CPLG and FMSC admin team to support an ongoing OneTeam initiative.
Covers for fellow admins when needed and helps to onboard admins new to the organization. Establishes and preserves relationships within the Intel admin community, especially within FMSC and CPLG.
Onboards new members of the team hired internally and externally, with announcements, introductory 1:1s, and making necessary tools available from day one.
Attends and contributes to weekly staff meetings, keeping the team informed of upcoming deadlines, key dates and events, and 'good to know' information.
Takes ownership in coordinating activities across the organization; departmental events, recognitions, conferences, F2Fs, etc. Could include planning and organizing meetings or off-site events, assisting in agenda preparation, and coordinating all logistics, as needed.
Acts as the Hiring Assistant during the recruiting process, assisting managers with the coordination of panel interviews with qualified candidates.
Proofreads job requisitions and provides edits prior to posting.
Creates and maintains organizational charts and email distribution lists, ensuring representation and inclusivity.
Submits requests in the HR system related to employee movement, and organizational database updates.
Works with the Intel admin community, especially executive level admins, to plan and schedule critical meetings based on deliverables, attendee availability, and varying time zones.
Books global travel according to Intel's Travel Policy. Prepares required documents for passports and visas.
Qualify, prepare and submit corporate expenses for reimbursement.

Preferred qualifications:
