Acara Solutions is looking for a remote Support Technician with Microsoft Office 365 experience.

Remote job Opportunity!

This position would be a 5-month contract ending at the end of September.

* Provides internal customer service to Supply Chain Personnel and across the Enterprise
* Maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
* Maintains documentation of processes, guidelines, tools, and training aids required to support business unit.
* Conducts research, performs data analysis, and reports findings through formal presentations.
* Actively seeks knowledge and understanding of business/technical environment, priorities, procedures, and processes.
* Responsible for managing access for business unit systems, including associated documentation.
* Provides overall coordination, support, and maintenance necessary to ensure the proper and effective functioning of Company Supply Chain policies and procedures.
* Develops and updates the Supply Chain internal company SharePoint site as well as a library of SCM content.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* High school graduate/GED plus four (4) years' experience in administrative positions using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
* Excellent customer service, organizational, and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and PowerBI)

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $28.69 - $32.62 per hour
